Engagement and Requirements Analysis

Understand client’s product, current manual process, and goals to formulate a clear automation plan. Establish project’s requirements, constraints, and success criteria.

Engineering Development and Integration

Build and integrate the automated solution by fabricating components, assembling hardware, developing software, and uniting subsystems (robotics, controls, vision).  Conduct in-house testing to ensure functionality before deployment.
